Dear Student:
Thank you for applying for a student assistant position at the University Library. As one of the largest student employers on campus, we ask you to please be patient with us while we review your application. It will be kept on file for six (6) months after it has been submitted.

Library department supervisors will contact applicants to set up an interview if there is a position available. Please remember that filling out an application does not guarantee an interview.

Please inform us of changes in your phone number or address so that we can contact you during the next six months if there is an opening. Please do not contact the University Library regarding the status of your application.

After six months, please return to the University Library to fill out a new application. We are always in need of dedicated student employees and we have positions that become available year-round.

I hope that we will have the opportunity to add you to our staff. Thanks again for your interest in the University Library.
