Amanda Freyaldenhoven

Amanda is originally from Ohio, and moved to Mobile, AL in 2015 to be near the beach. She has a B.S. in Psychology from Wright State University and an M.ED. in Guidance and Counseling from Bowling Green State University.  Amanda is a Disney fanatic and a proud Disney College Program Alumna, and the chaos manager for her three sons, Michael, Noah, and Grayson.  Amanda serves as one of the Pre-Health Advisors and also advises majors in the College of Education, College of Engineering, and the College of Arts and Sciences   

Julia Kristman

Originally from Vicksburg, Mississippi by way of Pass Christian, Mississippi, Julia Kristman earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the Alcorn State University, followed by an M.A. in Sociology from the University of South Alabama.  As a proud first-generation college graduate, Julia Kristman knows firsthand how important it is to encourage, direct, and support students during a critical part of their life that will lead to long-term financial gain, job stability, and career satisfaction.   When Julia is not advising majors in the College of Education, College of Business, and the College of Arts and Sciences, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, working out, trying new foods, traveling, and binge-watching shows.

Jayla McAdory

Jayla is a Birmingham native but grew up in Detroit, Michigan. She studied Biology and Spanish here at USA and earned a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Sam Houston State University.  What Jayla loves most about her career is the ability to give back to her alma mater by providing support to students as they navigate college.  She's a member of Mobile's Battleship Women's Rugby team and enjoys spending time with family and friends in her free time. If you're looking to strike up an interesting conversation,  just mention anything about travel, languages,  food, music or sports and she's all in!

Victoria grew up in Baldwin County and, along with two of her sisters, graduated from the University of South Alabama. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in General Management. The thing Victoria loves the most about being at South is the potential to learn something new every day. Victoria’s favorite album is Plans by Death Cab for Cutie.

Dallas was born in Kansas but has lived in Alabama for most of her life. She graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2014 with a B.A. in Communications and is currently pursuing a masters in Higher Education Leadership at South. During her undergrad time at South she met her husband, Mathew and they love South so much that they got engaged on campus at Moulton Tower! The biggest advice she could give herself as a freshman is to put classes first but still have fun! College is the time to join a new organization or have new experiences, but don’t let it get in the way of your classes.
