Stay active and host events or parties for your residence hall, Greek organization, student organization, campus department, friends or your kids* with Campus Recreation. Please read through our rental policies below and fill out a request form to start the process.
The following organizations/persons are eligible for rental within Campus Recreation.
- USA recognized Student Organizations
- University academic or administrative departments
- Current members of the Student Recreation Center
Any non-USA person(s) or group(s) must secure a formal sponsorship from a recognized Student Organization or Academic/Administrative Department. View our full Reservation Policy.
View prices & rental spaces for your event. Please note that events are subject to cancellation, rescheduling, & declining depending on availability of space & Campus Recreation departmental events. If you have any questions, please contact Maygan Williams (email@example.com).
Also note that reservations should be submitted within 7 business days of the event date.
Step One: Fill out the online Reservation Request Form. Please allow 2 business days for us to respond to your request. If your request date is within 4 business days of submission, please contact Maygan Williams (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Step Two: Requestor will be contacted by the Facilities team to discuss additional details and logistics.
Step Three: Event information will be forwarded to the requested Facility Coordinator, the Director of Campus Recreation, USA Risk Management, & USA Campus Police for confirmation. Once received (cycle takes about two to four business days), event confirmation will be sent via email.
Step Four: Payment is due 48 hours prior to the event. Invoice will be sent using our Innosoft Fusion Online Portal via email to the requesting party. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact Maygan Williams (email@example.com).
